The A/C unit was not fixed, so they called to cancel.
Abuita (Grandmother) returned from vacation a couple of days ago, and she arranged for a play date today with a neighbor friend, Jonathan and Vanessa. The kid and his mom came to our house and played with Jonathan and Vanessa for a while. They were down at the basement when I arrived and then came up and went to the backyard. Jonathan came inside, grabbed a towel and went back out to clean the slide. It always has water from the water irrigation system. I loved the fact that he cleaned it on his own. They has a blast.
I made spaghetti and he ate it without complaining about the tomato sauce. He always complains that he doesn't want sauce, but today he wanted to make the spaghetti (he helped me get it out of the box and wanted to put in the water), he waited until it was soft and then poured the sauce into the spaghetti. He ate it and asked for seconds.
He seemed more relaxed than in the past couple of days.
